About this program
This program is a big pick me up for when you are feeling a little (or a lot) unsure of who you are yet + haven’t yet realised your own uniqueness +self-worth.
Exploring self-development strategies looking at values, positive relationships, self-talk and self awareness in a safe + non-competitive environment.
You are guided to build confidence + resilience allowing you to navigate your journey through the teenage years with confidence and the ability to face life’s challenges + transitions positively whilst having your own personal strategies for enhancing your overall wellbeing everyday of your life.
You will be lead through a range of activities designed to increase individual self awareness, self belief, self esteem + overall experience of wellbeing, whilst decreasing experiences of anxiety, depression, stress and emotional disorders.
