About this program

Each session is themed as we explore mindfulness, gratitude, positive thinking, healthy relationships, respect and many more values whilst focusing on building resilience and confidence in our students. We combine yoga, movement, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, positive affirmation, reflection and play in our sessions. Our programs are catered around the needs of each student group.
