Reflections for the End of the Month

At the end of the month it’s important to pause, reflect + consciously create the month ahead.

We have a three part process that we follow, so grab your journal, think about the past month + ask yourself ~

Reflect

How do I feel right now?

What am I proud of myself for from this month?

What have I learnt?

Review

What no longer serves me? What can I let go of?

What have I been avoiding that will feel so much better once complete?

What routines + rituals should I start + which ones should I stop to support me towards my bigger goals?

Refocus

How would I like to feel?

How can I move forward?

What do I want to cultivate?

Who is going to support me this month?

What will make me feel whole + complete?
