Practices to End Your Day

At the end of the day what do you do to let it all go + give yourself a fresh start ?

To free yourself from the busyness of your day, other peoples energy or just to pause + have a moment to yourself.

Personally I love a long beach walk, letting the water wash over my feet + fresh air on my face or if I’m really tired a long hot shower to wash everything off.

It’s important to have little rituals that allow us to reset. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
