About this program

This program guides the students to their inner world, transforming the way they relate to their external world.

Through movement, mindfulness + self development students explore practices such as yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, drawing, conversations, stillness, even eating, that they can use throughout their everyday lives that help enhance focus, calm stress and anxiety, increase positive emotions, learn to recognise and control their reactions and increase feelings of clarity and peace, bringing a state of self awareness + connectedness for all.

Through this understanding of self we see a transformation in the way our students show up in the world, calm, confident, resilient + ready for all that life has to offer.
