Dear Teenage Me,

If you could speak to your teenage self, what advice would you tell them?

It can be an incredibly powerful healing process to write your teenage self a letter.
So when you have time sit down with a blank page + start with,

Dear Teenage Me,

Acknowledge all you have experienced in life, the lessons + blessings.

What do you wish you knew when you were younger?

Is there light at the end of the tunnel you wish you saw little earlier?

What can you see that you could be proud of yourself for in those early years?

Is there things you would forgive yourself for?

Allow the words to flow freely. Allow the tears + smiles to flow too.

This is our founder Amy Farrow’s Dear Teenage Me Letter…

At Chase the Sun Wellbeing we are creating a Dear Teenage Me Project.

Putting together the vulnerable letters of brave people to share with our program students.

The students we work with love to listen + relate to the stories, finding so much hope in knowing there is a future for them past their current troubles.

If you would like to contribute your letter please email Amy hello@chasethesunwellbeing.com.au
